The goal was simple: make every part of the property feel connected. From the family room and private theater to the pool and outdoor spaces, the home needed reliable technology, easy controls, and discreet installation.
Audio, video, lighting, shades, security, and Wi-Fi each serve a different purpose. The challenge was bringing them together across a large property while keeping the equipment out of sight and everyday control straightforward.
The family room features two back-to-back Frame TVs on concealed mounts with four built-in speakers. Four more speakers serve the kitchen, while two basement areas have their own audio. A separate sitting and bar area adds a 100-inch television with dedicated sound.
The dedicated theater pairs a 120-inch screen with an Epson ultra-short-throw projector concealed in a custom media console. Six speakers and a subwoofer provide surround sound, while acoustic wood-slat walls, Lutron lighting, and phone-based control complete the experience.
Seven Sonos zones let the homeowner play different music in different spaces—or one soundtrack throughout the property. Near the pool, speakers are integrated into planters, with additional rock- and satellite-style speakers extending sound across the outdoor areas.
Motorized shades throughout the residence can be adjusted from a phone or set to open and close automatically on a schedule.
Eighteen cameras provide indoor and outdoor surveillance, with remote access to live views and recorded footage. A Ubiquiti network supports Wi-Fi across the home, garage, and outdoor areas. The network, camera recording, and audio equipment connect through a central rack, and the setup can automatically restart the modem if the internet connection drops.
The result is a home where entertainment, comfort, security, and connectivity work together. Everything is available when it is needed, without making the technology the center of attention.
